THE TERRYSONIC MIXTAPE EP AND VINYL - THE TERRYS

My second 12" record I had designed. The bones of this record were already completed as the front and back covers were shot by local photographer, Adelaide Mourd, who I funnily enough worked with a few years prior at a surfshop.
The Terrysonic Mixtape font that was used on the front cover was inspired by an old video game that the boys and their manager liked and wanted to roll with the idea of a retro styled mixtape on a cassette tape. The tricolour logo was then used for merchandising further down the line. It is still such a trip seeing kids at festivals wearing stuff I have designed.
Desiging the back cover was fun! We all agreed on the idea of having the A and B sides of the record written on scrap pieces of paper torn from a notebook. A small detail you may pick up on is the page number 69 on the pieces of paper which we did just for a laugh.
The record was distributed through 24hundred.
