DAY 8 / 30 - 30 Day Album Cover Challenge

NEVER MIND THE BOLLOCKS, HERE’S THE SEX PISTOLS - Sex Pistols

One of the UK’s greatest ever music exports (in my opinion anyway).

I was first introduced to the Sex Pistols when I was 4 years old through Anarchy in the UK which was on the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4 video game soundtrack. That angry opening line of Johnny Rottens’ caught me straightaway and had me hooked, clueless of what he was saying or what the song was about, I just knew I loved it.

The lore and history of the band is so fascinating and adds to the magic of their one and only album. When I was travelling through England a few months ago, one of my highlights was seeing the Vivienne Westwood’s original SEX store and standing where the band stood to sign their A&M record deal (which only lasted 6 days) in front of Buckingham Palace.

Keeping with the iconic colour scheme, I redesigned their album cover with a 2025 twist.
