ACCIDENTS HAPPEN EP AND VINYL - DEBBIES

My first pressed and printed 12" record which was really special.

Directed by myself and shot by Tom and Liam of TEEL Studios, we went with the image of a common accident that happens when meeting with people that makes you feel like a real banana; one person going for a handshake, the other going for a fist-bump.

The images were taken infront of a crumpled paper background which then allowed me to draw the small scribbles digitally afterwards. Each of the small scribbles are of little accidents that most of us can relate to, as well as nods to various songs on the record. All texts and fonts were custom designed by myself which is always the most rewarding part in this age of digital design.

Overall a real rewarding challenge having directed the shoot and designed the front and back covers, insert and A and B side stickers. To hold the finished product in my hands is a feeling maybe only described as that of holding your first born child. Maybe?
