Australian icons in every sense of the saying. Raw, energetic and unapologetic all the while with two middle fingers in the air to anything in their way, this album needs no introduction or explanation.

I had been a fan of The Chats 2 previous albums, but this one was a step up. The recordings were better, the riffs and solos were punchier and the bass kicks you in the chest. HARD! Having seen The Chats for the first time at Splendour in the Mud in 2022, it was so sick to see the anti-authority attitude you hear in the songs in the flesh. I’m not a journalist but if I was to describe the band and this album with the words I want to, this post would surely be blocked and taken down.

Personal favourites on this album, Ticket Inspector, Boggo Breakout and I’ve Been Drunk In Every Pub in Brisbane. Enjoy and rip in!!.
